Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs hard-boiled peeled and halved
- 1 cup flaked crabmeat
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Step 1
Scoop egg yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork. Place egg whites on a serving dish and set aside. Combine mashed yolks and remaining ingredients; blend well.
Spoon mixture into egg whites. Chill until serving time.
