- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mini chocolate chip
- Mini chocolate chips, to garnish
- Cannoli shells, waffle cones or pizzelles, to serve

Step 1
Drain ricotta
Combine the ricotta, powdered sugar, mascarpone and vanilla extract in a medium bowl to combine.
Garnish with mini chocolate chips and serve with broken cannoli shells, waffles cones or pizzelle.
