Poultry: Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 - 3 pound chicken
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 2 cans La Choy Chinese vegetables

Preparation

Step 1

Stew chicken, cool and debone
Soft fry celery, onion and green pepper
Add vegetables, chicken and broth with canned vegetables
May freeze
Cook 1 hour, thicken if desired
Serve over rice or noddles or both
