- 6-8 people
- 2-3 onions
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 6 red peppers
- 4 cans of skinned tomatoes (400 g x4)
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp of sweet chilli powder
- 6-7 tsp of salt
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 liter of coffee cream (9 %)
- 1/2 liter of broth
- 1-2 packages of cream cheese (200-400 g depends on how unhealthy you want the soup!)
- 2-3 tbsp of oregano

Chop the onion, pepper and garlic. Fry in a large saucepan. When the mixture is soft and in the canned tomatoes and put it in a blender little by little. When the mixture is delicious and “smooth” put it in a new pot or the same as long as it is washed to avoid lumps. Come broth, sugar, salt, chilli, oregano and tomato paste in. Let it cook a bit. The add the cream cheese and coffee cream, season with possibly more salt and sugar. And wupti, a delicious soup!
Hak løg, peberfrugt og hvidløg. Steg i en stor gryde. Når blandingen er blev blød tilsætter du de hakkede tomater og så skal den op i en blender lidt efter lidt. Når blandingen er lækker og “smooth” skal den i en ny gryde eller den samme bare den er skyllet for at undgå klumper. Kom så bouillon, sukker, salt, chili, oregano og tomatpuré i. Lad det komme op og koge en smule. Tilsæt så pikantost og kaffefløde, smag til med evt mere salt og sukker. Og Wupti, en lækker suppe!
