Ingredients
- Leftover steak
- Romaine Lettuce, washed and chopped
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Cherry tomatoes
- Home made Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 TBSP fresh herbs, chopped basil, thyme or parsley etc.
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 '2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pan sear leftover steak strips. Place romaine lettuce on plate or bowl and layer other ingredients on top.
