- 16 bay leaves, finely crushed (2 tsp)
- 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
- 2 teaspoon(s) celery seed
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
- Kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the bay leaves, paprika, celery seed, ginger, mustard, nutmeg and 1 Tbsp salt.
Pat about 2 tablespoons into each pound of seafood, meat or vegetables. For extra flavor, refrigerate for a few hours before cooking. Yields 1/4 cup.
