Black Pepper Crackers

to know just how easy they are!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened (8 Tbsp.)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 3/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. table salt
- 1/4 cup water
- Sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pulse flour, butter, Parmesan, 3/4 tsp. pepper, and table salt in a
food processor until clumps form. Add water; pulse until dough forms.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and roll to 1/8-inch thick. Cut dough into 1 1/2-inch squares with a square cutter and transfer to prepared baking sheet. (Reroll scraps once if desired.) Prick dough with a fork and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Bake crackers until golden,
20–25 minutes; let cool on pan and store in an airtight container.
