Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 T flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white to a stiff froth
Add the sugar, salt and flour gradually
Stir in pecans
Drop onto greased tin by small spoonfuls, far apart
Bake in a very slow oven for15 minutes
Remove from tin when partially cooled
Makes 2 dozen
