Asparagus corn casserole

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can asparagus tips
  • 12 crackers
  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1-2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

Crush crackers, drain corn and mix crackers. add salt and pepper to taste. drain asparagus, grate cheese, lightly butter casserole. layer corn and cracker mixture, asparagus, cheese, and bits of butter, repeat. end with layer of cheese and butter.
