Espresso Steak Rub

Goes well with beef strip steak. Serve with roasted broccoli or other veggies.

Ingredients

• 2 t espresso powder
• 2 t coarse salt
• 1 t smoked paprika
• 1 t light brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients and rub on both sides of 2 strip steaks. Cook as desired; season with salt.
