Maple Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ginger
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar/white wine
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in bottom of platter. Add fish skin side up. Cover and marinate 20 min. Remove, pat dry. Preheat oven to 450. Place on a baking sheet, lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with 1 Tbl syrup and bake 10 minutes. Brush again with 1 Tbl syrup and bake additional 7 minutes.
