Eggstremely Easy Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • Little milk
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. bacon
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Dice and fry the bacon. Remove from grease and drain on paper towels to absorb extra grease. Scramble the eggs with milk. Place a layer of eggs in the bottom of a casserole dish. Carefully spread the sour cream on the eggs. Sprinkle fried bacon over the sour cream. Top with cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
