- 200 g of frozen strawberries you blend
- 200 g of condensed milk
- 400 ml of skimmed milk
- 4 pasteurized egg yolks
- 150 ml of sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of golden syrup

Beat egg yolks and sugar together until it has a creamy consistency. Get the dessert mass and nougat in. In with the milk, condensed milk, extract, syrup and the food coloring if you want it more green. Stir it all together well, if necessary, use a whisk. Get it in an ice cream machine and run the ice until it is finished. 30-60 minutes. Put the ice cream in a box and freeze until use.
