Maureen's Corn Pudding

  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 T flour
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup butter



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Use frozen corn - do not thaw.

Put all ingredients in blender - wet ingredients first, then dry ingredients, last corn. Pulse 10-12 seconds, it will be soupy. Put into greased casserole dish.

Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.

It should look set, jiggle in middle and have brown edges. Must cook longer if doubling or tripling recipe.
