Ingredients
- 3/4 C. Chopped Onion
- 3 T. Butter
- 5 C. Water
- 6 Chicken Bouillon Cubes/or equivalent dry
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Gr. Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Head Fresh Broccoli trimmed to bite-size (cooked w/butter)
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 5 C. Milk
- 2 lbs. Velveeta cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Cook onion & butter for 3 min. until onion browned add
Water & chicken bouillon. Heat to boiling or until bouillon
Dissolved.
Add salt & cooked Broccoli pieces. Add garlic, salt,
cook 4 minutes reduce heat. Add milk & cheese
Cubes, stir to melt thoroughly.
Serve and enjoy.
