Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked corn
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbp cornstarch
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 4 Tbp butter melted
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or mincend garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375o.
Combine the corn, salt, garlic, green onions and sugar. Dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of milk, then add with remaing milk to the corn mixture. Add the eggs and butter. Pour into a greased casserole and top with pepper rings.
Bake for 45 mins.
