Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cooked red kidney beans
  • 1 c. chopped pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped mango
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine red beans, pineapple, mango in a blender, and puree.
2. Add raisins, banana, pecans, and milk, and blend all ingredients together to a smooth texture.
3. Pour mixture into mold and add sticks.
4. Freeze pops until solid.
