Easy Eggs Benedict

Ingredients

  • 4 thin slices boiled ham or Canadian bacon
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 2 hot, split, toasted, and buttered English muffins
  • 4 poached eggs
  • 1 C. Hollandaise sauce (hot)
  • 1 Tbs. capers

Lightly brown ham in butter over moderate heat. Arrange on muffins, trimming to fit. Top with eggs, cover with sauce and serve.
