Ingredients
- 1 lb 5 oz Cherry pie filling
- Jiffy Yellow Cake mix
- 1/2 stick butter
- Pecans
- Cherry Crisp
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Pam small 9"x5" pan
Pour can of filling in pan and top with cake mix mixed with butter (the consistency should be small buttery pellets - "I use my hands and work the combination until it loses all flour-look")
May be topped with pecans ("I got this recipe from Gay Battle - Gay did not use nuts")
Cherry Crisp
Mix to crumb
Pat 3/4" in bottom
Put 1 cup pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
Put remaining crumb mix on top
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
Top with ice or whipped cream
