Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups (9oz) chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Line 8in square pan with foil. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter & salt in medium pan. Bring to full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute. Pour into pan; refrigerate for 2 hours.
