Ingredients
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 red or green peppers diced
- 4 celery stalks diced
- 2 medium zucchini diced
- 2 medium yellow squash diced
- 2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can black beans rinsed
- 2 15 oz cans fat free reduced sodium beef broth
- 1 1 1/4 oz package dry chili seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Brown turkey, onion, and peppers in non stick pan. Transfer to large soup pot. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to simmer over medium heat. Continue till vegetables are tender about 30 minutes.
