Ingredients

  • Turkey
  • Butter OR Herb Flavored Butter of choice
  • Kosher Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and dry the turkey; removing any giblets, neck, etc
Massage butter under the skin (no basting required)
Scrub the skin with the kosher salt
Let the dry brine work overnight (24 hours)

Thanksgiving Day:
You could stuff the turkey with dressing or one of these combos:
- lemon, rosemary and shallot
- herbs of choice, garlic and parsley
- orange, red onion and taragon

Cook at recommended temperture. Enjoy!
