Ingredients
- 4 Tbs Butter
- 1-1/2 Lb Chicken (breasts were thick. Try Tenders)
- 3/4 C Olive Garden Dressing (Wal-Mart carries it)
- 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 1/4 C (About) Cream
- Italian Cheese to top
Preparation
Step 1
INSTANT POT
Select Saute, melt butter. Brown chicken (without moving) for 3 minutes. Pour Dressing over and mix, scraping the bottom. Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes...leave and wait 10 minutes, then release pressure.
Remove chicken, add parmesan cheese and cream. Stir and simmer to thicken. Return chicken and toss. Top with Italian Cheese
