Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 carton sour cream
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cheese and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes, then add topping.
Spread topping over pie and bake 10 minutes more. Allow to cool. Then refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
