Ingredients

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken (or 2 cans chicken if you prefer)
  • 1.25 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (optional), chopped
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 small bag Doritos (about 8 oz)
  • 8 oz + grated cheddar/jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

De-bone chicken or drain cans
Combine chicken broth and soups
Add peppers, chilies, garlic powder, and chili powder
Stir in chicken
Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray
Line bottom with 3/4 bag Doritos
Pour chicken mixture on top
Add grated cheese on top

Bake uncovered 30-45 minutes @ 350
