Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 3/4 cup AP flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 TBSP EVOO, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
In a food processor, mix 2/3 cup cheese, flour, baking powder and salt. Add 1/4 cup water and 2 TBSP oil; pulse to form a dough. Roll out on a lightly floured 11x14-inch baking sheet; prick, then top with remaining 1 TBSP oil, cheese and fresh black pepper.
Bake for 17 minutes; break into pieces.
