Ingredients
- 2 parts lavender, mint, lemon-infused vodka
- 1 part aperol
- 3 parts grapefruit juice
- 1 part lime juice
- 1 part (slightly less) simple syrup
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon sugar for rim

Preparation
Step 1
Infuse vodka with lavender, mint and lemon tea bags (1 of each). Dissolve 1 cup sugar into 1 cup water. Stir in 1T vanilla extract into the simple syrup. Rim glasses with cinnamon sugar. Compose cocktail using ratios specified in Ingredient section in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour into glasses. Spoon froth into each glass.
