Ingredients
- 4 slices of egg bread
- es cheddar cheese
- 2-4 slices lacy Swiss cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 4 slices tomato
- 2 T. butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Stack bread with butter sides together for each sandwich.
2. Layer 2 slices of cheddar on bread, followed by 4 slices of bacon, 2-3 slices of Swiss, 2 slices of tomato and remaining 2 slices of cheddar cheese.
3. Place bottom slice of bread on top of stack and place in fry pan over medium high heat. Cover with lid and cook 3-4 minutes until golden. Reduce heat to medium and flip sandwich; cook 2-3 minutes until golden.
