Peanut Butter Balls

These compliment any christmas dessert tray.

Ingredients

• 1/2 C Butter
• 2 C Chunky Peanut Butter
• 2 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
• 12 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 bar Parafin

Preparation

Step 1

Melt in a double boiler the chocolate chips and 1/2 bar of parafin.
Mix together butter, peanut butter and powered sugar. Refrigerate while shaping into small bite sized balls. Place in freezer on a cookie sheet until frozen.

Using a toothpick to dip frozen balls into chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
