Ingredients
- 9 cups water
- 3 onions, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup rice noodles
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 cups vegetables, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 9 Tbsp. miso
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil.
Add chopped onions, chopped vegetables, chopped garlic and rice noodles.
Allow to boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in miso.
