Fudge, Easy Microwave

Ingredients

  • 3 3 3 C. chocolate chips
  • 1 1 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 C. butter (or margarine if you prefer, I use butter)
  • 1 1 1 C. nuts (optional
  • to to taste
  • to 1 taste, usually 1 t.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients in microwave safe large bowl except nuts.

2. Microwave at medium (50%) until chocolate is melted, 3-5 minutes, stirring twice during cooking. Stir in nuts. Any add vanilla and salt now but I usually do it when I melt everything.

3. Pour into well greased square baking dish, 8 x 8. refrigerate til set.

To make cutting a bit easier, let sit at room temperature for a bit.
