Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pan drippings
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 2 (14 1/2 oz)cans low sodium chicken broth
- 6 tablespoons quick mixing flour
- 1 tablespoon chopped thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Scrape 1/3 cup pan drippings from turkey into liquid measure. Let stand 5 minutes; skim off fat. Bring skimmed drippings and 3/4 cup white wine to boil in saucepan over medium high heat. Cook until reduced by half, 3-4 minutes. Whisk 1 cup broth and 6 tablespoon flour in bowl. Stir remaining broth into wine mixture; bring to simmer. Whisk in flour mixture the thyme, salt and pepper. Cook, whisking, until slightly thickened, 5 minutes. Strain through sieve into gravy boat.
