Ingredients
- 16 large Strawberries
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Cut stems off berries and place stem down on cutting board. Cut berries crosswise into thirds and separate enough but keep berries intact. Place on serving platter.
Beat filling till thicken and smooth. Place filling in cookie press, piping bag or plastic bag with one corner cut off. Fill berries generously with filling.
