Breakfast - Baked French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf thick sliced French Bread
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon. Spread mixture evenly in a 13x11 pan. Mix milk, eggs and salt in a bowl. Soak each bread slice in milk mixture until well saturated. Place bread on top of butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-36 minutes. Serve butter side up. At time of serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
