Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c bread crumbs (I use Panko)
- 1/2 c grated paremesand cheese
- 6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, Dijon, Worcestershire and salt in a bowl.
Place bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a second bowl or flat dish.
One at a time, dip chicken into wet mix, then dredge it through the dry mix.
Place in glass baking dish sprayed with oil. After all chicken has been coated, drizzle wet mix over the whole pan.
Bake 350'
40-45 minutes until juice runs clear
