Spiced French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce package Hawaiian sweet bread
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Homemade Gourmet Spiced Dip Mix (or 4 tablespoons of pantry staple)
  • fresh strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice bread into 1/2 inch thick slices. In a shallow bowl, combine eggs and milk with dip mix; stir until well blended.

2. Dip bread pieces into egg mixture, one at a time, just enough to moisten. Do not soak the bread.

3. In a lightly greased skillet over medium-low heat, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

4. Serve with fresh strawberries, if desired.
