Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 1/2 cups water (salted)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tbs butter
- 8 oz uncooked noodles
- 1/4 sliced celery
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 cups chopped turkey
- 6 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cub fresh bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
In a large sauce pan, bring water and milk to a boil, being careful not to boil over. Add butter, noodles, celery and peas; cook until noodles are done.
Add soups, turkey, mushrooms and cheese to noodle mixture, mix thoroughly. Place in a casserole dish. Mix up topping. Sprinkle topping over mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
