Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips
• or semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp. shortening.(no butter, oil,marg. etc)
• 1 c. unsalted roasted peanuts or raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Place chocolate chips and shortening in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium ( 50%) 1 minute, stir. If necessary, 15 sec. at a time until chips are melted. Stir in peanuts. Drop by tsp. onto wax paper on cookie sheet. Place into refrigerator until set. Store in covered container in frig. Makes about 2 dozen.
