• 1/4 pound of vanilla beans for every quart of extract.
• vodka, 70 to 90 proof
• place vanilla beans in vodka bottle. shake daily for one month. vanilla will be stronger the longer you leave in vodka.
• PREP minimum one month
• COOK minimum one month
