Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
- 1 3/4 cups sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- whipped cream or ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Place the cranberries in a greased 8x8 baking dish. Sprinklr with 3/4 cup sugar and pecans. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, butter, flour and remaining sugar until smooth.
Spread over cranberry mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Run knife around edges of dish; imemdiately invert onto a serving plate.
Serve warn with whipped cream or ice cream
