Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (unsalted)
  • 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.

2. In mixing bowl beat eggs and egg yolks with sugar and salt until dissolved, thickened and pale. Whisk in melted chocolate. Add flour and fold in quickly.

3. Pour batter into greased muffin tins and bake about 6 minutes. Let cool slightly, but serve warm.
