Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 2 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Grated Onion (I used dried onion flakes and just soaked them in water about fifteen minutes)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- Crushed Pecans (Optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Grate cheddar cheese
Combine cheeses (if too stiff add a little cream or milk).
Mix in the onions and Worcestershire sauce
Refrigerate a couple of hours
Shape into 1 or more balls
Roll in pecan meal or pieces
Serve
