Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Cup Uncooked rice
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 TBSP Chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Can of Tomato soup
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of the soup. Shape into 20 meatballs and place in skillet.

Mix remaining soup, water and worcestershire sauce together. Pour over the meatballs. Bring to a boil then reduce heat.

Cover and simmer for 40 minutes stirring often.

4-5 servings
