    C Pitted Medjool Dates

  • ½

    C Pecans

  • C Pumpkin Puree

  • ¼

    C Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

  • 2

    t Vanilla

  • 1

    t Cinnamon

  • ¼

    t Nutmeg

  • ¼

    t Ground Cloves

  • Pinch of salt


1. Place dates in a small bowl and cover with water. Let soak 10 minutes, then drain 2. Place pecans in food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add in rest of ingredients including soaked dates. Pulse until combined. Adjust spices to taste 3. Place in fridge 30 minutes to chill 4. Use hands to form dough into small balls. Store in fridge in airtight container
