Sticky chicken

Ingredients

• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken into one inch cubes. Cook chicken and all ingredients in skillet until cooked through. Serve with quinoa, couscous or rice.
