Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • Romaine lettuce
  • parmesan cheese
  • croutons
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • worcestershire sauce (count to 10 as it drips)
  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • 1/3-1/2 tube anchovy paste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Croutons can be made by cutting up a seeded baguette and rubbing with garlic clove then toasting. Wash and tear up lettuce. Mix dressing and toss salad with dressing and parmesan cheese.
