Desserts: Toni's Ozark Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 1/4 t baking powder
• 1/4 t vanilla
• 1/2 cup chopped apple

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and sugar
Stir in flour, salt and baking powder
Add nuts, apples and vanilla
Grease pie pan
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees in an 8" pie pan
Top with whipped cream or ice cream
