Asparagus with Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 2 cans asparagus spears
  • 3 T cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 T chopped pimentos
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together except asparagus spears. Pour mixture over spears and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
