Ingredients
- 2 8 oz containers nondairy whipped topping(or heavy cream for dairy)
- 3 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- a few drops of green food coloring
- 1 9 oz bag quality chocolate chips(not chocolate flavored)
Preparation
Step 1
Use ice cream maker. Add chocolate chips and food coloring the last two min of mixing.
or by mixer,whip topping until stiff add remaining ingred. one at a time and mix until just combined. Add the chocolate chips and fold together. Freeze overnight
