    chicken breast, precooked and cut into chunks.

  • 2

    cans cream of chicken soup

  • 2

    sticks butter

  • 2

    sleeves Ritz Crackers

  • large dollop of sour cream ....half cup or so

  • poppy seeds

Directions

Cook (boill) breast and cut into chunks (cook near done as they finish baking and don't get tough). In meantime crush Ritz Crackers , melt butter and pour over crackers, mixing together. Mix cans of soup in a bowl and mix in the sour cream. Put have the Ritz crumbs on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Place chicken chunks evenly over the crumbs. Spread the soup, sour cream mix over the chicken. Sprinkle the rest of crumbs on top. Sprinkle poppy seed over the top, bake at 350 degrees for 30 or so minutes till brown and bubbly.
